Most Common Login Problem
Both Nickname and Password are case-sensitive. This is for your added security. You should have it written down and kept in a safe place. Please check and try again.
Forgot your password
From the Parent Login page click on the button “I Forget My Password,” on the following page enter your email address, click on “Please Email Me My Password” and we will automatically send an email with your password.
Club Members who forget their Password, may ask their parents if they have saved or printed out your membership information sent when you where registered. If they do not have it written down, they can login to their Parent Admin Account, check your Club Member Profile and simply type in a new password in the password field. Please write it down and keep it along with your Nickname in a safe place. Then they will have to click on the “Update Member Profile” to confirm your new password. After, they can logout and you can login using your new password.
Forgot your Nickname
Club Members who forget their Nickname, may ask their parents if they have saved or printed out your membership information sent when you where registered. If they do not have it written down, they can login to their Parent Admin Account and check your Club Member Profile, which contains your account information. After that, they your parents can logout and you can login.
The Login Page Keeps Reloading
If your login page keeps reloading (returning to the same page without logging in) the information that you have entered does not match what is in our database. The most common error has to do with your password. Please remember that both Nickname and Password are case–sensitive.
The Login Page Hangs or Goes Blank When I Try To Login
It is possible that our servers where being updated, running backups or too many users were trying to login at the same time, such as during a club event. Planed changes that would have a major effect on our members will be posted in our Club News webpage. However the most common reason is that there are connectivity issues through the Internet that are affecting or slowing down your connection between your computer and our servers.
- First, we would recommend that you confirm that your computer is able to access the internet through your browser.
- Secondly, it is strongly advisable to clear your browser cache periodically, close it and reopen it again. When you surf the net your browser saves copies of all the pages and images that you view, cookies and session variables. Following the second step will remove those that are resident in your browser. Persistent cookies and files that are downloaded to your computer may require additional security software to assist you in their removal.
- Third, it may be a simple matter of waiting a minute or two and trying again by simply refreshing your screen or clicking on the login button through our navigation menu.
I Still Can’t Login
Parents, if you have tried the above and are still not able to login please contact our Web Administrator and provide as much information as necessary to identify you, your account and the nature of the problem your are experiencing. They will endeavour to assist you as soon as possible. Please remember that we want to help you. Requests are processed in the order that they are received. If you have not had a reply within 48 hours please send a second request.
